國防部：對日本右翼勢力姑息縱容必遭反噬
MND: Appeasement to Japan's Right-wing Forces will Inevitably Lead to A Backlash
12月25日下午，國防部舉行例行記者會，國防部新聞發言人張曉剛大校答記者問。
記者：據報道，日本政府或于近期制定2026年度防衛預算，規模可能高達9萬億日元，再創歷史新高，將重點發展遠程打擊能力、推進自衛隊編制調整及發展太空作戰力量等。請問發言人有何評論？
Question:??It was reported that the Japanese government is planning to request a record-high defense budget exceeding 9 trillion yen for the next fiscal year. The budget will include plans to deploy long-range missiles, reorganize the Japan Self-Defense Force (JSDF), and boost its operational capabilities in space. What's your comment on that?
張曉剛：眾所周知，《波茨坦公告》明確必須毫不留情永久鏟除日本軍國主義及其土壤，只有從政治和法律上限制日本戰爭權，從思想上消除日本戰爭根源，才能建立和平、安全與正義的新秩序；日本應完全解除武裝，不得維持能使其重新武裝的產業。《日本投降書》承諾“忠誠履行《波茨坦公告》各項規定之義務”。白紙黑字、歷歷在目。日本卻公然背棄國際法義務，違背自身憲法規定和政治承諾，大幅提升防衛預算、擴軍備戰，信譽何在？意欲何為？
Zhang Xiaogang:?It is well known that the Potsdam Proclamation made it clear that Japanese militarism and its soil must be mercilessly and permanently eradicated. A new order of peace, security, and justice can only be established by restricting Japan's right to wage war politically and legally, and by eliminating the ideological roots of war in Japan. Japan should be completely disarmed and must not maintain industries that could lead to its rearmament. The Japanese Instrument of Surrender pledged to “carry out the provisions of the Potsdam Declaration in good faith.” These promises were made in black and white and they still ring loud and clear. However, Japan has now openly abandoned its obligations under international law and violated the provisions of its own Constitution and political commitments by substantially increasing its defense budget, and engaging in military expansion and war preparations. Where is Japan's credibility? And what does Japan intend to do?
實際上，二戰后日本政府未能徹底清算軍國主義，右翼勢力從未真心反省侵略歷史，也從未正視其對亞洲乃至世界人民犯下的滔天罪行，妄圖復活軍國主義為禍人間，怎能不讓人高度警惕擔憂？除惡不盡后患無窮，姑息縱容必遭反噬。國際社會應攜手阻擊日本右翼勢力倒行逆施的危險圖謀，共同捍衛二戰勝利成果和戰后國際秩序，維護世界和地區和平穩定。
In fact, after World War II, the Japanese government failed to completely shut out militarism. The right-wing forces have never sincerely reflected on the history of aggression, nor have they ever squarely faced up to the heinous crimes committed against the peoples of Asia and beyond. They are now attempting to revive militarism to sow chaos in the world. How can this not raise grave vigilance and concern among the international community? Failure to eradicate the evil will lead to endless future troubles, and appeasement will inevitably result in a backlash. The international community should join hands to resolutely block the dangerous schemes of Japan's right-wing forces to reverse the course of history, defend the victorious outcomes of World War II and the post-war international order, and safeguard peace and stability in the world and the region.
